In Aqua Feed Bag Packing Automation System, aqua feed is packed according to the weight entered in HMI. This system consists of one Servo system which connected to the Hopper (wich cotains Feed) When the operation starts, from Hopper the material is feed into the packets. Here the set amount of weight is enterd in HMI, when the packet is equal to the set weight the hopper will be closed and the packet is sealed. The feed machine can handle the weight from 1kg to 1000kg with accuracy of 0.1%.
