This project is to provide the automation for filling the powder in bottles according to the requirement

It consists of servo motors, PLC, HMI, proxy meter sensor and VFD. The main aim of the project is to fill the power in bottles according to the requirement without man power involvement. In these two modes of operation is present one is full mode operation and another one is manual operation. In full mode of operation, place the bottle on conveyer manually, then the proxy sensor sense the position of the bottle. Once after the bottle reaches its position and the bottle will get clean through the air & suction process. We can adjust the air & suction time of bottle in HMI. After that the bottle get filled with power for a predefined set of quantity which is set by the operator using HMI. The HMI counts that how many bottles are filled and shows the count on screen in BM (i.e., bottles per minute). We can also enter multiple values (i.e., Kg’s) in HMI for filling powder in different bottles at a time.
