This project is about the packing machine of Tang powder.

This machine has five servos with PLC and HMI which starts packing the Tang (Rasna) powder automatically after pressing start buttons. Each servo has given specified inputs and outputs from PLC. Total 102 alarms were given in plc and HMI logic for each step of machine auto sequence operation. There is no manual operation the machine. HMI is RS-232 Communication with PLC, and the drive are given Hardware connection. Pilz equipment is given, it is used for safety purpose means after all safety sensor activated than only the servo drives run.
