Descriptive information of the Machine: This turning machine consists of two types of moment.

1. Vertical axis moment
2. Horizontal axis moment

Working Principle of axis and raw job:

Vertical axis is used to move cutter in vertical direction. Horizontal axis is used to move cutter in horizontal direction. Raw Material Job is placed on one rotating wheel which rotates with fixed speed.

Homing:

1. Vertical axis: Dog Type Homing method is used for Vertical axis.
2. Horizontal axis: Count Type 2 method is used for cutter axis.
About Product:

This machine is used to form Insulator and to give predefined shape to raw material. These Insulators is called as Arrester used in Power lines Grid. These are available with different capacity like 60 KVA, 84KVA, 112 KVA. According to its capacity it changes shape and size of insulator.

Application Cycle:

The cycle contains 5 different stages in which Cutter cuts the material in each stage step by step to get required pattern with respect to corresponding stages.Job is mounted vertically on rotating wheel whose speed is fixed. And the servo will help to move the job in Vertical and Horizontal direction to get the required pattern of the Job.
