This machine is used for winding coil of a fan stator. This machine operates manually and automatically. Manual mode operation is for testing. This machine can complete one, 12 pole, coil in less than three minutes. The cycle time of coil depends on number of poles selection and a maximum of eighteen poles can be select. This machine can also do two different types of turns alternately for each pole for given pole number of a coil. This machine used mainly two steppers and one induction motor.
