Summary:

In corn processing industry, January to May will be the peak season for processing and packaging. As the corn will comes in the large trucks and it is directly loaded on the Conveyor system. To unload the corns from the trucks a special machine called truck lifting machine is used. The truck lifting machine will help to lift the truck to load the corn on the conveyor, which connects to the processing line.

Solution:

The truck lifting machine is used to lift the truck to load the corn on the conveyor. Hydralic mechanism is used in this machine to lift the truck and is lifted to max angle of 75 Degree. HMI is provided to know the angle at which the conveyor is lifted and an alarm will goes off if the machine is lifted beyound its set angle. After corn is loaded on the conveyor, it is passed to next stage for further proces and packaging.

Safety sensors are provided around the lifting machine for the safety of the Operators. PLC is used to control the Hydraulic Pumps to lift the truck in certain angle. HMI is used to ease the operation control of the machine. With this automation mechanism the operation becomes fast and reliable.
