This project is to provide the automation for temperature monitoring and control of the chemical powder in industry

It consists of S7-1200 1214 PLC, KTP-1200 HMI. The main aim of the project is to control and monitor the chemical powder temperature. The function of PLC is to control and monitor the temperature of powder by using PID function. We have given set point to the PID to control the speed of VFD.  If the speed increases above its set value the temperature of the powder decreases and if the speed is below its set value the temperature increases. All the temperature values are displayed in HMI screen. We can control the action of each motor through HMI (i.e Power ON and OFF operation) and Each motor state of temperature, speed and pressure are monitored and displayed in HMI. If any abnormal condition occurs at motor the PLC will give the alarm and it shows the heathy condition of motor also.
