Summary:

When industrial systems age, or when there is a limited supply of support and/or spare parts, systems need to be updated at a process industry plant’s control level. Stability Automation has Upgraded the System from Messung 5K PLC to NX 3003 PLC.

Solution:

The main aim is to upgrade an existing system to the latest version with in a short span of time without any interruption in the production and with higher efficient systems and lower costs.

Here we have upgraded Nexgen 5K PLC to NX300 system. The compatibility of both the PLCs is almost same. Since the client have little documentation on the previous system, so our engineer worked along with the client to break down the complex process and verifies high risk portions of code such interlocks without disturbing the existing process and written code in NX300 PLC and made sure that the Code is worked fine as per the requirement and also as per the existing system.

And we have added additional sensors to the machine to make sure if any set value not meet, the system should stop. In this way the machine can be protected from the further damages
