To check the errors in truck assembly line and engine assembly section we made a solution using 2d- barcode scanners with LabVIEW software. where we can get the data of the product assembly and quality parameters.LabVIEW offers a graphical programming approach that helps you visualize every aspect of your application, including hardware configuration, measurement data, and debugging. This visualization makes it simple to integrate measurement hardware from any vendor, represent complex logic on the diagram, develop data analysis algorithms, and design custom engineering user interfaces.

In the software we get a visual interface i.e., on main screen user shall view the scan status, scan code values at each station and product. It also maintains the scanned status records by that user can search the product details in future for any further assistance in productivity.After scanning the products, it generates the reports based upon the given reference parameters in the software of lab view.
